BBVA Banco Continental to auction bonds worth 100M Peruvian soles

BBVA Banco Continental SA on June 12 will offer securities worth 100.0 million Peruvian soles, as a part of its seventh corporate bond program worth $1.00 billion, according to a filing from the Lima-based lender.

The three-year series B bonds, with a nominal value of 5,000 soles each, will be issued June 13.

BBVA Continental's brokerage unit, Continental Bolsa, will act as the placing agent.

As of June 8, US$1 was equivalent to 3.27 Peruvian soles.
