PTT PCL announced the results of its tender offer for two series of senior notes due 2035 and 2042 that expired Oct. 18.
The notes are the 5.875% senior notes due 2035 with an aggregate principal amount of $350 million and the 4.50% senior notes due 2042 with an aggregate principal amount of $600 million, according to an Oct. 21 letter to the Thailand Stock Exchange. The notes were initially offered to foreign investors in 2005 and 2012, respectively.
Holders of the 2035 notes tendered about $245 million, while holders of the 2042 notes tendered about $330.1 million.
Proceeds will be used to on-lend to PTT for the purpose of liquidity management.
PTT will settle the notes Oct. 24.
On the same date, PTT PCL subsidiary PTT Treasury Center Co. Ltd. will offer to the same holders the 5.875% senior notes due 2035 amounting to about $245 million and the 4.50% senior notes due 2042 totaling about $330.1 million.
