Brazil's B3 to pay interest on equity

Brazil's B3 S.A. – Brasil Bolsa Balcão said it will pay interest on shareholders' equity amounting to a net amount of 7.01 centavos per share.

The payment will be made Dec. 7 and will be based on the company's equity position as of Nov. 21, according to a regulatory filing.

The company's shares will be traded as "ex-interest on equity" as of Nov. 22.

As of Nov. 20, US$1 was equivalent to 3.26 Brazilian reais.
