Enel Green Power starts construction of 201-MW wind farm in Russia

Enel Green Power started construction of the 201-MW Kolskaya wind farm in the Russian region of Murmansk.

Enel Russia is investing about €273 million in the project, which it won in the 2017 Russian government tender. The project is expected to come online by the end of 2021, according to a Sept. 19 news release.

Enel Russia is also developing the 90-MW Azov and 71-MW Rodnikovsky wind farms in Russia. The three projects represent a total investment of about €495 million.

Enel Green Power is the global renewable business line of Enel SpA.
