ING Groep issues €1B in fixed-rate notes

ING Groep NV issued €1 billion in international bond, Cbonds reported.

The fixed-rate notes carry a coupon of 1.125% and will mature Feb. 14, 2025, according to the Feb. 8 report.

BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ING and Morgan Stanley acted as book runners on the issuance.
