Banvivienda to offer 6-month bonds worth $6M

Banco Panameño de la Vivienda SA in the coming days plans to launch an offering for two series of six-month bonds worth a total of up to $6 million, according to separate securities filings Feb. 2.

The series AZ bonds are worth up to $5 million and carry an annual interest rate of 3.375% payable on a monthly basis. These bonds will be offered Feb. 6 and issued Feb. 8.

Separately, the bank's series BA bonds are worth up to $1.0 million and also carry an annual interest rate of 3.375%. These bonds will be offered Feb. 8 and issued Feb. 10.

Both offerings are part of Banvivienda's rotating commercial notes program for up to $50 million.
