Southern Capital Group is considering a possible sale and other strategic options for Singapore-based Canadian International School, Bloomberg News reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
The Singaporean private equity firm is working with an adviser for a strategic review of the school, which could sell for at least $500 million in a sale, sources said, adding that discussions are at an early stage and may not lead to a deal.
A Southern Capital representative did not immediately respond to Bloomberg's requests for comment.
