RYU Apparel Inc. said its normalized net income for the second quarter came to a loss of 1 Canadian cents per share, compared with a loss of 2 cents per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of C$1.2 million, compared with a loss of C$1.3 million in the prior-year period.
Total revenue increased 84.4% on an annual basis to C$339,310 from C$184,030, and total operating expenses came to C$2.0 million, compared with C$2.0 million in the prior-year period.
Reported net income came to a loss of C$1.7 million, or a loss of 2 cents per share, compared to a loss of C$2.0 million, or a loss of 3 cents per share, in the year-earlier period.
