Hulic Reit extends ¥10B commitment line contracts

Japanese diversified real estate investment trust Hulic Reit Inc. extended the expiration date of its up to ¥10 billion commitment line contracts by a year to Feb. 7, 2019.

The contracts were signed Feb. 3, 2017, with Mizuho Bank Ltd., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. serving as the lenders.

Hulic said in a release that it decided to extend the contracts to prepare for its future financing needs.

As of Feb. 5, US$1 was equivalent to ¥110.10.
