Wells Fargo Business Banking formed a new Midwest leadership team responsible for leading managers and business development officers across the Midwest Lakes and West Central regions.
Doug Banzuly and Gary Dyshaw will lead the Midwest Lakes Region and West Central Region, respectively. Brett Beugen, meanwhile, will serve as regional sales manager for the Midwest Region.
Previously, Banzuly served as the regional manager for Wells Fargo middle-market banking in Chicago, Dyshaw led the company's middle-market banking specialty industries division, and Beugen served as a regional sales manager for its middle-market asset-based lending with capital finance.

TIAA appointed Lori Fouché senior executive vice president and CEO of retail and institutional financial services, effective Aug. 7.
Her appointment follows the retirement of Ron Pressman, CEO of institutional financial services, and the decision by Kathie Andrade, CEO of retail financial services, to look for new opportunities. Pressman and Andrade will assist through a transition period.
Fouché is joining TIAA from Prudential Financial Inc., where she served as head of individual solutions and led financial advice, annuities, life insurance and other outcome-oriented solutions.
