WNB Financial closes acquisition of First State Bank of Wabasha

Winona, Minn.-based WNB Financial NA on Feb. 1 closed its acquisition of in-state peer First State Bank of Wabasha, according to the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

WNB Financial parent WNB Holding Co. had total assets of $434.0 million and First State Bank of Wabasha had total assets of $133.4 million, as of Dec. 31, 2018, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
