Starwood Property Trust sells Aurora, Colo., apartment complex

Starwood Property Trust Inc. sold the 612-unit Savoy at Dayton Station apartment complex in Aurora, Colo., to IMT Capital for an undisclosed amount after a competitive bidding process, the Denver Business Journal reported.

The property at 3645 S. Dallas St. last traded for $161.5 million in January 2016.

The transaction, which was structured as an entity sale, is metro Denver's second-highest-priced multifamily deal in 2019, the publication wrote, citing an official with broker Newmark Knight Frank Multifamily.
