Vista Equity Partners LLC is exploring the possible sale of a stake in Finastra Group Holdings Ltd., Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
The private equity firm is looking to sell up to a 50% stake in the London-based financial technology giant, one of the sources told the news outlet.
Vista has engaged Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to market the business, which could be valued at more than $10 billion, including debt, in a sale, sources said. A formal sale process has not been initiated and it remains unclear whether the talks will result in a deal, they added.
Representatives for Vista, Finastra and Goldman Sachs did not comment on the matter, according to Bloomberg.
