Burgan Bank receives approval for capital increase

The Capital Market Authority of Kuwait approved Burgan Bank KPSC's request to increase its issued and paid-up capital to the authorized capital limit of 250 million Kuwaiti dinars from 225.94 million dinars, by issuing 240,581,530 new shares to registered shareholders.

Shareholders will be allocated shares according to their ownership percentage.

As of June 14, $1 was equivalent to 0.30 Kuwaiti dinar.
