French bank Natixis said Natixis Asset Management, an affiliate of unit Natixis Investment Managers, will be renamed Ostrum Asset Management, effective April 3.
Matthieu Duncan will become CEO of the rebranded company as of the same date.
As part of the rebrand, Natixis Asset Management's legal entities Natixis Asset Management U.S. LLC and Natixis Asset Management Asia Ltd. will be renamed Ostrum Asset Management U.S. LLC and Ostrum Asset Management Asia Ltd., respectively, by June.
The change is part of Natixis Investment Manager's efforts to align its brands under Natixis' "New Dimension" strategic plan.
Ostrum Asset Management has AUM of €324.5 billion on behalf of institutional, individual and distributor clients.
Natixis' ultimate parent is Groupe BPCE.
