Rathbone Brothers Plc appointed Jennifer Mathias group finance director, effective April 1, 2019.

Mathias was also named executive director and a member of the group executive committee. Pending regulatory approval, she will join the executive board alongside the CEO and managing director of Rathbone Investment Management.

She will take over the role from current group finance director Paul Stockton, who has served in the role along with being the managing director of Rathbone Investment Management Ltd. since May 1, 2018. He will focus solely on the latter role once Mathias joins.

Mathias was most recently CFO and deputy CEO at EFG Private Bank Ltd., the U.K. unit of EFG International AG.
