S&P: Japan Housing Finance Agency issues mortgage-backed notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency issued ¥157.4 billion of fixed-rate residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said.

The notes bear a coupon of 0.42% and will mature June 2053.

As of May 24, US$1 was equivalent to ¥ 109.21.
