JPMorgan Chase & Co. issued a mass communication to its 16,000 employees in the U.K., calling for relocations as the company braces for Britain's post-Brexit future, Reuters reported.
The multinational investment bank underlined organizational and strategic challenges facing global banks in the memo, which was also sent to its employees based in continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The memo noted plans for an increased presence in cities such as Paris, Madrid and Milan, the news agency noted.
The memo also said the company is expected to migrate or add hundreds of roles and has already started headhunting for key positions.
