Tupelo, Miss.-based BancorpSouth Bank named CEO and Chief Data Analytics Officer Ty Lambert chief risk officer, effective Jan. 1.


Florence, S.C.-based First Reliance Bank appointed Robert Dozier chief banking officer. Dozier most recently was executive vice president and chief business officer of Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.

First Reliance Bank is the unit of First Reliance Bancshares Inc.


Bedminster, N.J.-based Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp. unit Peapack-Gladstone Bank promoted Maureen Hemhauser to executive vice president, chief risk officer and head of compliance.

Hemhauser administers the bank's enterprise risk management programs and oversees the bank's regulatory compliance, bank secrecy act, OFAC and anti-money laundering programs.


Addison, Texas-based Guaranty Bancshares Inc. added Jeff Brown and Mike Nolan to its board.

Brown is the co-founder and managing director of RoseRock Capital Group while Nolan is co-founder of Proterra Properties.

Additionally, directors Johnny Conroy, Weldon Miller and Art Scharlach resigned from the company's board, effective Jan. 1.


Sioux Falls, S.D.-based TCF National Bank named Ed Milefchik managing director of capital markets and international banking, and market manager of commercial and industrial banking.

Milefchik joins TCF National Bank after an 11-year stint at MB Financial Bank, where he was managing commercial banking.

TCF Financial Corp. is the parent company of TCF National Bank.


Brittany Rye resigned from her position as vice president and auditor of Moultrie, Ga.-based Southwest Georgia Financial Corp. and its unit, Southwest Georgia Bank, effective Jan. 3.


Millersburg, Pa.-based Mid Penn Bank promoted Ray Mincarelli to president of commercial real estate.

Mid Penn Bancorp Inc. is the parent company of Mid Penn Bank.


Mattoon, Ill.-based First Mid Bancshares Inc. added Zachary Horn to its board and to the board of its unit First Mid Bank & Trust NA, effective Jan. 21.

Horn is the president and founder of Metro Communications.


Stan Jenks, Van Adkisson, Amy Thompson and Brad Ray were elected as directors of Monmouth, Ill.-based Security Savings Bank, The (Monmouth) Register-Mail reported.

Ray is the president and CEO of the bank.

Financial Services

BlackRock Inc. appointed Israel Country Head Alex Pollak head of clients for the U.K. fiduciary business, Pensions&Investments reported.


Ministry Partners Investment Co. LLC appointed Michael Boblit vice president of corporate lending services for the company.

Previously, Boblit was an independent consultant for the company.


Main Street Capital Corp. added Kay Matthews as an independent board member.

Matthews most recently was vice chair of EY Americas Board, a member of the EY Global Practice Group, and the managing partner of EY's West Region.


BNY Mellon Wealth Management named Stacie Kuhlman its Midwest regional president, effective Sept. 30, 2019.

Before her appointment, Kuhlman was managing director for J.P. Morgan's Private Bank.

Additionally, the firm appointed Kent Moegerle regional head of client strategy, effective Dec. 9, 2019.

Moegerle is the former private wealth management division executive of SunTrust.
