H&T Group to hike FY'17 dividend

U.K.-based H&T Group Plc will pay a final dividend of 6.2 pence per ordinary share for full year 2017, compared to 5.3 pence per share in 2016.

Subject to shareholder approval, the dividend will be paid June 1 to shareholders on the register at the May 4 close of business. The total dividend for the year will be 10.5 pence per share, up from 9.2 pence per share a year earlier.

H&T Group, which operates pawn broking outlets in the U.K., posted full-year 2017 profit and total comprehensive income of £11.3 million, up from £7.6 million in 2016.
