UBI Banca issues €500M in bonds

Unione di Banche Italiane SpA issued €500 million worth of senior non-preferred benchmark bonds under its euro medium-term notes program, with the offering to be settled Oct. 21.

The fixed-rate notes mature April 21, 2025, and carry a 1.625% coupon.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Credit Agricole CIB, UBI Banca and UniCredit served as joint book runners.
