Former Schlumberger executive named Borr Drilling CFO

Hamilton, Bermuda-based offshore drilling contractor Borr Drilling Ltd. appointed Francis Millet as CFO, effective Jan. 15, according to a Jan. 7 securities filing.

In early November 2019, Borr Drilling said Rune Magnus Lundetræ would step down as CFO but would continue in the position while the company looked for a replacement.

Millet previously held several senior management positions with oilfield service giant Schlumberger Ltd., including vice president of commercial and finance and vice president of commercial and contracts.

In addition, Borr Drilling appointed Magnus Vaaler as vice president of investor relations and treasury.
