KHP Capital acquires Key West, Fla., lodging portfolio for $109M

Real estate private equity firm KHP Capital Partners acquired the Historic Key West Inns lodging portfolio in Key West, Fla., for $109 million from Julie Fondriest and her ownership team, according to a press release from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

The inns have a total of 222 guest rooms and include the Key Lime Inn, Lighthouse Court, Albury Court, Merlinn Inn, Chelsea House and Cypress House. The properties are all in Old Town Key West.
