Pennsylvania-based Luzerne Bank opened a branch at 1320 Wyoming Ave. in Forty Fort, Pa., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities' summary of activities.
The Luzerne, Pa.-based bank, a unit of Penns Woods Bancorp Inc., also closed two branches located at 324 Wyoming Ave. in Wyoming, Pa., and at 801 Main St. in Swoyersville, Pa.
Bethlehem, Pa.-based Lafayette Ambassador Bank in February closed two branches in Pennsylvania, according to the state regulator's summary of activities.
The Fulton Financial Corp. unit closed the branches located at 1800 Butler St. in Easton and at 317 E. Landis St. in Coopersburg.
Rochester, Minn.-based ONB Bank in February opened a branch at 1600 2nd Ave. NW in Stewartville, Minn., according to the Minnesota Department of Commerce's application activity report for the period ended Feb. 22.
