JPMorgan seeks to delist shares on London Stock Exchange

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks to delist its shares on the London Stock Exchange, Reuters reported June 7.

The largest U.S. bank applied with the U.K. Listing Authority to cancel the listing of its common stock from the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority's official list and remove its shares from trading on the standard segment of the main market of LSE, according to the report.
