Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional doubles authorized share capital

PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk will raise its authorized share capital to 300 billion Indonesian rupiah from 150 billion rupiah.

Following the capital increase, the total number of issued shares will increase to 15 billion shares from 7.5 billion shares.

The price of each share will remain the same at 20 rupiah per share.

As of June 7, US$1 was equivalent to 13,905 Indonesian rupiah.
