Scentre Group files offering circular for €10B note program

Australian retail real estate investment trust Scentre Group filed an offering circular for the issuance of up to €10.00 billion worth of medium-term notes.

The notes may be issued by Scentre Management Ltd., Re1 Ltd. and RE (NZ) Finance Ltd., in denominations including euro, pound sterling, U.S. dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, Singaporean dollars, Japanese yen and any other currency agreed between the relevant issuer, the agent and the relevant dealer.

Net proceeds from each issuance will be used by the issuer for general corporate purposes.

BNP Paribas is the arranger of the notes and is also among the dealers, along with Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, HSBC Bank PLC, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, Merrill Lynch International, Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC, MUFG Securities EMEA PLC, RBC Europe Ltd., SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd. and The Bank of Nova Scotia.
