Freddie Mac prices $2.25B 3-year Reference Notes security

Freddie Mac has priced a $2.25 billion 2.375% three-year U.S. dollar Reference Notes security, due Feb. 16, 2021.

The issue was priced at 99.736 to yield 2.467%, 7 basis points more than the yield on three-year U.S. Treasury notes. The issue will settle Feb. 16.

A syndicate of dealers led by Barclays Capital Inc., Nomura Securities International Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC will offer the security.
