Acerus Pharmaceuticals Corp. said Luc Mainville stepped down from the Canadian pharmaceutical company's board.
Mainville joined the board in 2016, and also served as the company's interim CEO from Oct. 2, 2017, to May 1, 2018, according to S&P Capital IQ data. He was replaced by Edward Gudaitis, a former vice president and general manager of Allergan PLC's Canadian division, as CEO.
