First Colebrook Bancorp selling $5M in common stock

First ColebrookBancorp Inc. plans to sell up to 238,095 shares of its common stockat $21.00 per share, for about $5.0 million in gross proceeds, according to an offeringcircular dated April 14.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to redeem the outstandingportion of its series C preferred stock issued under the Small Business Lending Fund and general corporate purposes.

FIG Partners LLC is acting as selling agent and placement agentin connection with the transaction.
