BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) names vice chairman

BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Ltd. has appointed Liu Liange to be vice chairman and nonexecutive director of the company and its main operating subsidiary, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd., effective Dec. 15.

Liu has been vice chairman and executive director of parent Bank of China Ltd. since October and president of the Chinese bank since August.
