One Gas extends $700M revolving credit agreement

One Gas Inc. entered into a first amendment and extension agreement to its $700 million amended and restated revolving credit agreement, according to an Oct. 4 news release.

The new agreement extends the maturity date of the company's revolving credit agreement from Oct. 5, 2023, to Oct. 4, 2024, and allows two further one-year extensions. The credit agreement was previously amended to extend the maturity date from Oct. 5, 2022, to Oct. 5, 2023.

The Bank of America NA acted as the administrative agent, swing line lender and letter of credit issuer.

One Gas provides natural gas distribution services to more than 2 million customers in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
