Cornerstone Financial finalizes 10-to-1 reverse stock split

Mount Laurel, N.J.-based Cornerstone Financial Corp. finalized a 10-to-1 reverse stock split, effective May 31.

The reverse stock split will be reflected on the opening of trading on May 31. The new trading symbol will be "CFICD" for a period of 20 days. After this period, the "D" will be removed and the trading symbol will revert back to "CFIC."
