Jane Bushey will start a new role as head of high-yield capital markets in Europe at Morgan Stanley in November, according to market sources. She will report into the co-heads of European leveraged and acquisition finance, Ian Gilday and Matt Naber.
Bushey – who joins from Deutsche Bank, where she was a managing director in its high-yield syndicate team – brings 12 years’ leveraged finance experience to the role. She moved from New York to London four years ago with Deutsche Bank. Bushey’s hire follows Gilday’s move to the bank’s leverage and acquisition finance team from Goldman Sachs this summer. – Sarah Husband
