Giorgio is Global Head of the Analytic Development Group (ADG). His team is responsible for the analytical development, maintenance and on-going validation of all credit risk models and products across Risk Services, which are used by financial institutions and corporate companies to measure and manage credit risk, including within regulatory frameworks such as Basel II/III or Solvency II.
Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2011, Giorgio worked at Barclays for three years as Associate Director in Group Risk (Operational Risk and Credit Risk).
Giorgio holds a PhD in Quantum Mechanics and Semiconductor Physics from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Minimize

Alexandre Birry is the Head of Analytics & Research for S&P Global Ratings’ Financial Institutions group. Full Bio
Alexandre Birry is the Head of Analytics & Research for S&P Global Ratings’ Financial Institutions group. Based in London, his responsibilities include coordinating S&P Global Ratings’ efforts to drive analytical consistency and ratings quality for banks and non-bank financial institutions, the contribution to and coordination of sector research publications, as well as the development of the group’s outreach plan. Previously acting as sector lead for EMEA Financial Institutions, he also chairs an internal taskforce analyzing the potential impact of regulatory developments on bank ratings, in addition to being an active participant in rating committees globally. Alexandre joined S&P Global Ratings in November 2009, covering over time a large number of banks across Europe.
His previous working experience includes five years in Fitch Ratings' Financial Institutions team, covering banks in Northern Europe, and two years at UBS, within the corporate finance Financial Institutions Group.
Alexandre holds a Master in Management, with a major in finance, from HEC Paris, as well as a CEMS (Community of European Management Schools) Master in International Management. Minimize

Pascal joined S&P Global Market Intelligence as an Associate Director in the Credit Specialist team in April 2017. Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence he worked for four years in the Oil & Gas Industry, developing Credit Risk Assessment frameworks and participated in Structured Credit Transactions.
In his current position Pascal is supporting the commercial organisation with credit and quantitative expertise across EMEA. These engagements are particularly focused around IFRS9, Trade Credit Risk quantification and Internal Credit Risk Model Design. Minimize

Gregg Lemos-Stein is a Managing Director and Global Head of Analytics & Research for the Corporate Ratings group. Full Bio
Gregg Lemos-Stein is a Managing Director and Global Head of Analytics & Research for the Corporate Ratings group. He leads the group’s effort to promote analytical excellence, ratings consistency and high-quality research publications.
Gregg joined S&P Global Ratings in 2002 and has had a wide range or analytical and managerial roles. Immediately prior to his current position, Gregg was Analytical Manager for the EMEA real estate sector and also led a team of analysts covering a diversified group of corporate issuers in Israel. Prior to that, he was based in New York where he was analytical manager for the U.S. Telecommunications and Cable ratings team. He was a senior analyst in the U.S. autos and auto suppliers team from 2006 to 2010, where he served as a primary analyst on the U.S.-based automakers and several U.S.-based auto suppliers and truck manufacturers.
Before joining S&P Global Ratings, Gregg worked for The Dreyfus Corporation and its parent Mellon Financial Corp. Gregg was also a business reporter for The Associated Press for several years.
Gregg holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University in New York and a bachelor of arts from The University of Chicago. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Minimize
