Konrad Jar

Konrad has more than 20 years of consulting experience, with deep expertise across the downstream oil and midstream sectors.

He has led over 200 advisory engagements in more than 65 countries, supporting clients on a wide range of strategic and commercial initiatives, including large-scale investments and M&A transactions. He also brings extensive experience advising storage operators, trading companies, and financial institutions.

Prior to joining S&P Global, Konrad held senior leadership roles at Wood Mackenzie, including leading the firm's global Downstream Consulting practice. Earlier in his career, he was a Manager in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice, focusing on transaction support and post-merger integration projects in the downstream oil sector.

Most recently, Konrad served as Executive Director of Strategy & Innovation at ORLEN, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, market intelligence, energy transition strategy, transformation initiatives, and the company’s R&D program.

Konrad holds an MSc in International Economics from the Poznań University of Economics and has completed executive education courses at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
