What should I expect from my interview?
You will meet with one or more members of the business. These interviewers may be people you work directly with or individuals that are impacted by the day-to-day of the role. Our interviews are behavioral based. We recommend reviewing the STAR method in preparation for your interview. Depending on the role and team you may be required to take applicable assessments
Can I get my parking validated?
Parking and reimbursement is currently offered in select S&P Global offices. Upon arrival, please ask the receptionist if this is available in your location.
What if my interview is virtual?
If you are interviewing from an offsite location our team will have everything set up onsite and you will be required to have access to your own webcam to attend your interview. If you have a virtual meeting scheduled and are coming onsite a member of the team will set up the interview space so you can meet with any virtual team members.
What is the company's dress code?
Although our dress code varies from business to casual based on team and location, we recommend dress to impress attire for your interview.
