Platts corrects Sept. 21 JKM LNG assessment rationale

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, corrected the Sept. 21 rationale for the Platts LNG JKM normalization applied for quality and quantity.

The rationale should read as follows:

Jera reported an offer at $40.70/MMBtu for an Oct 16-18 delivery cargo, which was normalized up 60 cents/MMBtu on a higher Ethane content of 15% and a smaller quantity of 3.3 TBtu, equating to a fixed price of $41.30/MMBtu.

The normalized value has been corrected to 60 cents/MMBtu.
