The 40th CERAWeek welcomed over 5,000 participants from 87 countries back to Houston, Texas, for one of the first live, in person energy industry events in close to three years. Over 900 speakers, 50 ministers, and 680 sessions addressed the theme of "Pace of Change: Energy, Climate, and Innovation." The discussions and sessions were timely and focused on the twin challenges of energy security in the wake of the Ukraine crisis as well as the continued imperatives of the energy transition. Great challenges, opportunities, and work lie ahead for industry, policy, and investment decision makers.
