Platts amends dirty tanker basket flat rate for North Sea Aframax assessment Nov. 1

Following a Worldscale Association update for the port of Flotta, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has amended the Worldscale flat rate basket used in the $/mt calculations for its UKC-UKC 80kt dirty tanker assessment, effective Nov. 1.

Following this amendment, the new average flat rate for the assessment is: Dirty UKC-UKC 80kt: $10.20/mt
