Tartan Oil LLC has advised S&P Global Platts that it would like to participate in the Platts Market on Close assessment process for Americas - US Atlantic Coast Distillate-Physical; USAC Gasoline-Physical; US Gulf Coast Distillate-Physical; Americas - USGC Gasoline-Physical; and US Midwest Refined Products- Physical.

Platts has reviewed Tartan Oil LLC and will consider information from Tartan Oil LLC in the Americas - USAC Distillate-Physical; Americas - USAC Gasoline-Physical; Americas - USGC Distillate-Physical; Americas - USGC Gasoline-Physical; and Americas - USMW Refined Products- Physical MOC, subject at all times to adherence with Platts editorial standards.

Platts will publish all relevant information from Tartan Oil LLC accordingly.
