Platts is seeking feedback on a proposal to publish two freight assessments for 10,000 mt paraxylene spot cargoes from the ports of Mangalore and Sikka on the west coast of India to East China and South China/Taiwan on a weekly basis from March 25, 2016. The assessments will be published every Friday in Asian Petrochemicalscan and on the real-time Petrochemical Alert. The freight assessments intend to reflect 10,000 mt cargoes loading 15-30 days forward from date of publication for various routes from India to China/Taiwan ports including Ningbo, Shanghai, Zhangjiagang, Jiangyin, Nantong, Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Kaohsiung, Mai Liao, Taichung, Xiamen and Zhuhai.
