Platts backfills FO1% Brg Swaps ARA for 2009

Effective November 10, 2010, Platts has backfilled the midpoint for the FO1% Brg Swaps ARA for the year 2009.

This affects dispatch category DR. Please refer to PGA page 633.

Platts will continue to backfill this series until complete.

This will be done over a period of weeks as we do not want to overload the daily history files.
