New/adjusted symbols for Platts Forward Curve Americas

Effective August 1, 2012, Platts will be implementing significant enhancements to its PFC (Platts Forward Curve) Americas service. In addition to various print/alert services, the enhancements will involve many additions and changes to the symbols in Market Data Category DU, and the activation of a new category, FK.
