REFINERY NEWS ROUNDUP: US Midwest plants return from turnarounds as utilization ramps up

US Midwestern refineries are expected to begin to return from planned turnarounds, including HollyFrontier's 70,300 b/d Tulsa East refinery in Oklahoma.

S&P Global Commodity Insights expects offline US refining capacity for the week ended April 22 to total 2.96 million b/d after refinery utilization reached 91% of capacity for the week ended April 15, the most recent US Energy Information Administration data showed.
